Greg Wright is an Associate Professor of Economics at UC Merced. His research focuses on the labor market consequences of international trade, technological change, and immigration. He has published on topics such as the impact of offshoring and immigration on U.S. jobs, the impact of investments in Information and Communications Technologies on wage inequality, and the historical impact of globalization on labor markets. His work has been published in journals such as the American Economic Review, the Journal of the European Economic Association, the American Economic Journal: Applied Economics, and the Journal of International Economics. He is a research affiliate at CESifo, and received his PhD from UC Davis.
